Even though you may find it maddeningly frustrating because of the things the characters do in this, you cant deny how involved and engrossed you will be by it, and how much youll be talking about it afterwards, which is a lot more than most films can say, i actually saw like 10 people walk out of the screening, as messed up as some of the things get, its sad to say that I dont doubt things like this can happen, (and they do as its based on true events) but it just goes to show how some people will do whatever people tell them just because some says theyre an authority figure just out of fear of getting in trouble, all the acting is good, i was surprised to see pat healy, who was good in the innkeepers, be the creepy voice on the phone here, definitely worth checking out
