Leading Boston area commercial real estate company seeks a Director of Construction to oversee its construction design department. ?The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Leasing and Director of Property Management to develop space plans for prospective and existing tenants and ultimately directing the construction of tenant improvements. ?Minimum qualifications for this position include; a four year degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline; 10 years experience in a commercial real estate firm overseeing tenant fit ups and a valid Massachusetts Contractor?s license.
